4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5. TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with STEPHEN GUTTMAN TEXTILE INC. until the physical possession of the goods is acquired by you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier). Ownership of the products will only pass to you upon physical delivery and receipt of full payment.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

7. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS

We are committed to providing products of excellent standard. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

  2. Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  3. Upon verification, we will process a full refund or send a replacement. We reserve the right to request the return of the defective item to our Canadian facility for quality inspection before a final resolution is processed.
